A copy of this must be signed by both the student and their parent/guardian.  Then returned to the teacher before the student will be permitted to participate in any labs.

New Behavior Rule

New rule being implemented immediately. 

If I call your name at the end of class then you are to report to room 115 at the end of the day for a 1 minute recess on the day of the offence. 

Failure to report on the day of the offense will result in 15 min ASD to be served that week.

If you fail to show up for 15 min. ASD then you will receive a formal right up to administration and initiation of Behavior log.

Behavior log (multiple offences) The log will be kept for a minimum of 1 week.
